Mickael Johansson - "Micke Johan"; possesses the unique quality of being both a designer and glassblower and is one of the foremost glass artists of our time. He grew up and was educated in Glasriket, where he creates and manufactures his unique art glass. Micke Johan masters the most advanced techniques such as ariel (which means spirit-air) and grail. He pushes the boundaries almost to the point of impossibility in the creation of his unique art glass. The Ariel technique has developed Micke Johan to be the only one in the world to create the art glass double ariel with pieces that are experienced as a magic in itself.
