Free shipping for orders over 600 SEK excluding VAT. VAT will be added if the item is ordered by customers in Sweden. For physical private individuals within the EU shipping insurance is included is reported at checkout, delivery to the customer's door is included
Companies within the EU and are not charged VAT or tax. Shipping insurance included is accounted for at checkout, delivery customer's door included

Gift Card Validity:
The gift card is valid for 3 months for the recipient of the gift card to purchase goods at Sweden Crystal Design. The amount of the gift card cannot be converted into a cash payment for the recipient, nor transferred to a third person. The gift card can also be given to persons and companies in other countries. If the price of the goods exceeds the amount on the gift card, the amount on the gift card can be used as partial payment.
Sweden Crystal handles secure payments in cooperation with DIBS and the Bank.
Sweden Crystal Design will not take part of your card details. These are sent encrypted to the payment exchange PayPal or Klarna, which meets the requirements of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Through the bank's insurance, you are protected against unauthorized debiting, if the seller company goes into liquidation or bankruptcy.

When you place your order or register as a customer, you agree that we store and use this information to fulfill our commitments to you. Sweden Crystal Design will not provide your information to third parties. Exceptions apply to our shipping companies that deliver the goods to you eg: Posten business packages and UPS or DHL, otherwise according to PUL (Personal Data Act).
