3D PRINTING INSTEAD OF HAND-CAST PRODUCTS—LOWER PRICE 

Another cost-saving option is to have your products, items, models, and 3D designs are printed in a synthetic-metal composite material—that is, a mixture of synthetic material and metal—using a 3D printer instead of traditional hand-casting, resulting in a significantly lower price than hand-cast products made of pure metal. A synthetic bronze product consists of approximately 70% bronze and 30% synthetic material; the same applies to aluminum, silver, copper, etc.

Ideally, you should have the product’s design in OBJ or STL CAD format.If you don’t, we can work together to create 3D drawings, OBJ and STL CAD files, and modelsbased on your sketch and verbal description using, for example, CAD (Computer-Aided Design). The 3D files we create can then be printed as 3D prints in materials such as nylon or resin. These models can also be finished to mimic other materials like bronze, aluminum, silver, or gold, etc.

 Product Description: The products are hollow, and you can choose different wall thicknesses for the figure. The customer then typically fills the hollow space with materials such as plaster, sand, clay, or fabric, so that it has the same weight as a product that isn’t hollow.
