With associations to classic textile lampshades, AVS has a clear expression and visual lightness despite being made of metal. The designer got the idea for the lamp by experimenting with slits in a sheet of paper and then shaping it 3-dimensionally. Through the cracks that occur when the paper is bent, light can pass and the surface becomes alive. AVS is available in 3 models, table, floor and pendant. The matte beige color is meant to give the impression that the screen is cut from an unbleached sheet of paper. AVS is also available in matt white and orange.
