VAT Free for business. When goods are ordered from companies in other countries than Sweden, not charged VAT. When ordering from the company in an EU country other than Sweden please quote VAT number or identity number. VAT is also not charged private persons in countries outside the EU.

The customer photographs the product and sends them via email to Sweden Crystal Design.
The customer arranges and pays for return shipping with transport insurance, that the product is sent back in its original packaging to Sweden Crystal Design.

NOTE: pack the product well, it is in our terms that the product arrives at Sweden Crystal Design in undamaged condition.

When Sweden Crystal Design has received the product in undamaged condition, the amount you have paid for the product will be refunded, alternatively the customer chooses another product within the same price group.
